The department comprises of Engineers and Technicians. The main objective of the department is to provide uninterrupted support for maintenance & upkeep of buildings and infrastructure of IIMA Main Campus. Activities it undertakes are routine maintenance, preventive maintenance. It also covers minor and major repair works. Renovation & Restoration activities. New construction. Process/Steps: Planning, designing, quantity survey, estimation, tendering, execution, and billing.
