Some Key Committees are as Follows:

Building Committee: All policy matters of campus development involving building construction, renovation, repairs requiring consideration and approval of the Board of Governors are placed before the Building Committee.

Finance Committee: All policy matters on finance and risks requiring consideration and approval of the Board of Governors are first placed before the Finance Committee for consideration and recommendations to the Board.

Academic Council (AC): This comprises all faculty members and is chaired by the Director. It is responsible to form policies related to academic activities.

Faculty Recruitment Committee (FRC): Each academic area has its own FRC. This committee deals with faculty recruitment for the area.

Faculty Development and Evaluation Committee (FDEC): Dean (Faculty) is the convener of the committee. It consists of senior faculty members. The FDEC deals with issues related to the development, performance evaluation and promotion of faculty members.

Programme Executive Committees (EC): These are programme level committees. Each programme has its own EC and has the responsibility of administering the respective programmes.
