Swetha Agarwal

Biography

Swetha Agarwal is an Institute Post-Doctoral Fellow in the Finance and Accounting area at IIM Ahmedabad. She completed her Fellow Program in Management (FPM) in Accounting from the Indian School of Business and is a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA), with over twelve years of professional experience spanning multinational, startup, and academic settings. Her research lies at the intersection of corporate finance, financial accounting, and management accounting. Her work draws on large-scale empirical data. Her teaching interests centre on financial accounting, cost and management accounting, including strategic cost management.
