The Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (IIMA) successfully concluded the second edition of the India Management Research Conference (IMRC 2025) at its campus today. Held from 5–7 December, 2025, the three-day conference drew participation from more than 850 global scholars, researchers and academics to deliberate on the theme, “The Future of the Economy: People, Organisations, and Policy.”

The final day built on the momentum of the earlier sessions, which featured keynote addresses, panel discussions, workshops and track-level deliberations. It showcased the intellectual diversity and research depth that characterised this year’s conference.
