Women comprise only 5% of top management in Indian companies, says study
AHMEDABAD: When it comes to boardrooms of Indian corporate sector, there are only a few women at the top – a study carried out by an IIM Ahmedabad (IIM-A) faculty and her team indicated that only 5% women have made it to the top management, whereas another 7% have made it to senior executives.
