Petitioners had stated that issuance of such orders violates right to life of petitioners under Article 21

Gujarat High Court on Thursday issued notices to the state government and others in response to a petition filed by an IIMA professor and four others, challenging continuous imposition of Section 144 of CrPC in the city.
