The Centre for Transportation and Logistics (CTL) IIMA, is delighted to announce the second edition of our month-long Online Capacity-Building Workshop on Advanced Teaching and Research Methods for Transportation and Logistics. This six-session workshop series is designed to align researchers, practitioners, and students with the latest research methods and tools, offering hands-on experience in techniques widely used across transportation, logistics, and supply chain management. Participants will gain practical insights into the use of advanced analytical techniques and modeling tools to address real-time challenges and shaping the future of the field. The sessions will be led by the experienced IIMA faculty members.

The workshop is designed for:

• Graduate and postgraduate students pursuing studies or research in transportation, logistics, or supply chain domains
• Academicians, early-career researchers, and doctoral scholars
• Domain practitioners seeking to update their research skills in this domain

Please note that participation in the workshop is subject to fulfilling the following prerequisites: 

• Interest in learning software with minimal coding
• Basic programming and mathematics competency are necessary
• Familiarity in linear programming and statistical analysis
• Participants must have access to a working computer
• A workshop participation certificate will be given, subject to meeting academic requirements. Attending all sessions is mandatory to receive the certificate.

Upon receiving the application, a preliminary screening will be conducted, and only selected participants will be notified and provided with the workshop's online Zoom link. The workshop will be offered free of cost to selected candidates.
