After a successful inaugural edition, IIMA's flagship India Management Research Conference (IMRC) returns for its second edition from December 5-7, 2025, bringing together leading scholars, industry experts, and practitioners to showcase cutting-edge research and explore innovative solutions to complex India-centric management research challenges.

With the theme ‘The Future of the Economy: People, Organizations, and Policy,’ IMRC 2025 will explore the transformative role of AI, digitization, and technology in business, organisational resilience, and the evolving policy landscape. The conference will feature 12 research tracks, curated by IIMA’s Centres of Research Excellence and disciplinary areas, ensuring a diverse and enriching academic discourse.

With insightful keynote sessions, panel discussions, workshops, research presentations, and the much-anticipated Networking Forum for PhD students & Early Career Researchers, this year’s conference promises to be even bigger and better!
