The session will cover the market forces driving automation of warehouse and fulfilment centers and Locus’s approach to solving key strategic and operational challenges in the warehouse through flexible automation. The discussion will also dive into their unique business model and how this enables further physical AI innovation to create more value for customers, and durable competitive advantage in warehouse operations.

About the Speaker:
Ms. Gina Chung is VP of Corporate Development at Locus Robotics, a global leader in AI-powered warehouse automation with 16,000 robots deployed across 350+ sites around the world. At Locus Robotics, Ms. Gina is responsible for shaping global strategy, product direction, go-to-market, M&A, and strategic partnerships. She leads cross-functional initiatives that align leadership, accelerate growth, and scale the platform globally.

Previously, Ms. Gina was VP of Innovation at DHL, where she led global innovation and R&D, technology partnerships, and deployment of AI and automation across supply chain operations. She launched and ran DHL’s Americas Innovation Center in Chicago and worked with DHL’s top 100 customers to drive measurable competitive advantage.
