Pradyumana Khokle

Biography

With a specialization in Organizational Behaviour, Pradyumana Khokle  has been a member of the faculty at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, India for more than twenty years. He was Dean (Programmes) at IIMA till recently. He earlier worked in industry for several years in different line and staff functions, ranging from production, internal audit, HRM, to R&D.

He has worked in numerous academic and administrative capacities at IIM Ahmedabad and earlier at IIM Indore, where he was part of the faculty group that started the institute. He was also Co-Coordinator from IIMA for starting IIM Nagpur. He has guided several PhD scholars in their dissertations and teaches a range of courses on organizational behaviour, change management and leadership. He also has been a visiting faculty at several institutes. His research interests are mainly in the area of organizational change and leadership.

Prof. Khokle has worked with private sector as well government organizations and helped them with issues arising out of change and transformations. He has designed and conducted a number of executive development programmes at senior and middle management levels in India as well as outside India. He has worked with many multinational and Indian organizations, and government related services. He has been the faculty Chair for several of these programmes for large corporations.
