अनिंद्य चक्रवर्ती

Anindya S. Chakrabarti is an associate professor of economics at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad. He received a Ph.D. in economics from Boston University in 2015. He has published in journals such as the Journal of Economic Dynamics and Control, Journal of Economic Behavior and organization, Quantitative Finance, Review of Development Economics and Scientific Reports among others. His main research interests are in economic and financial networks, business cycles, empirical industrial organization, and geometry of networks and complex systems. He is serving as a co-chairperson of the Brij Disa Center for Data Science and AI, and he is currently the UTI chair professor in macroeconomics at IIM Ahmedabad. He has earlier served as the co-chair of the ePGD program in Advanced Business Analytics at IIMA.

He is a co-editor of a book titled "Covid-19 & Emerging Grand Challenges For Global Health, Innovation & Economy", along with Chirantan Chatterjee and Anil Deolalikar to be published in 2022 by the World Scientific press. He has earlier co-edited a book titled "Network theory and Agent-based Modelling in Economics and Finance" published by Springer, Singapore.
