IIMA invites applications under the special recruitment initiative for faculty candidates in the reserved categories (SC/ST/NC-OBC/EWS/PwD) at the level of Assistant Professor across various Academic Areas of the institute. The applicants must demonstrate the capability to carry on high-quality research in their field of expertise and must have a Ph.D. Candidates who are in their final stages of completing their Ph.D. may also apply.

The application dossier must include, i) a cover letter, ii) a complete CV, iii) their research plan, iv) their teaching philosophy, v) names of three recommenders with contact details, vi) recent publications/working papers and, vii) the required government certificate of belonging to the reserved category. Fresh PhD applicants should submit all the above documents except the teaching philosophy.
