Current Research

  • My current research interests can be grouped into two major categories. 
  • First, I look at applying consumer decision making models to suggest optimal pricing policies for firms. I am specifically looking at firms' decisions to i) optimally price and deisgn extended warranties and ii) offer either subscription vs. pay-per-use vs. flat-rate pricing for service goods. 
  • Second, I explore the underlying psychological processes governing consumers' motivation to participate in e-WOM.
